His work focuses on clarifying the commercial proposition, shaping pricing and packaging, aligning product decisions with real-world production workflows, and preparing the business for partnerships and scale.
MirageSet is a virtual production platform designed to simplify real-time environment creation and control for live events, broadcast, and immersive experiences. Built on modern real-time engines, the system enables rapid scene building, intuitive show control, and flexible deployment for both technical and non-technical users, positioning it as an accessible alternative within the virtual production and XR ecosystem.
0PN. Chris provides strategic and business consultancy to 0PN, supporting the organisation’s mission to advance lawful, ethical, and rights-based digital infrastructure. His role covers strategy, business development, and product alignment, ensuring 0PN’s frameworks for consent, identity, and trust technologies can scale internationally.
Working in close collaboration with founder Mark Lizar, Chris contributes to the design of governance structures, participation in international standards bodies, and the shaping of funding and partnership strategies. His focus is on connecting 0PN’s vision with regulatory requirements, emerging AI governance, and practical pathways to adoption.
Evoke Studios. Throughout 2025, Chris provided strategic and business consultancy to Evoke Studios, an Estonia-based creative technology company operating internationally across live entertainment, cultural institutions, and brand experiences. His role covered business development and strategy, including revenue models, strategic partnerships, market positioning, and operational structures, supporting the studio’s ability to scale its creative and technical capabilities internationally.
Working in close collaboration with the founders, Chris supported the development of commercial frameworks, pricing strategies, and service models designed to strengthen long-term growth. His focus was on aligning Evoke’s creative vision with sustainable business practices, industry partnerships, and viable market opportunities, helping position the studio as a trusted solutions partner in immersive media and technical innovation.
Cuebric. Chris worked closely with the founders of Cuebric, first as a strategic partner and later as a business and strategy consultant, supporting the company’s commercial development and market positioning through its early growth phase and into funding preparation. His involvement focused on aligning product direction, stakeholder requirements, and go-to-market thinking during a critical period of transition.
Cuebric transforms concept art into film-ready backgrounds for green screen and virtual production, enabling teams to convert 2D assets into near-3D environments and export them directly into industry-standard platforms such as Disguise.
Hive Media Control. Chris worked with the founders of Hive in the early stages on conceptualisation, product positioning, marketing, and business and strategic planning, supporting the development of a clear proposition and long-term direction.
Hive developed a media playback platform built around individual projects, designed to scale from small, intimate experiences to large, long-term installations. Its approach embedded media playback directly within display technology, enabling very high resolutions and reliable, high-quality playback at a lower cost and with reduced power consumption.
d3 Technologies (DISGUISE). Chris played an integral role in the early development of what has since become the world’s leading media server platform. Working from its formative stages, he was closely involved in shaping the product, business direction, and commercial foundations that supported its growth into a core technology for large-scale live shows, immersive xR broadcasts, and virtual production workflows.
During this period, the platform evolved into a fully integrated real-time system supporting end-to-end creative delivery across some of the most ambitious visual experiences in the industry. Chris served as Business Director and General Manager for over seven years, from initial inception through to the company’s rebranding as Disguise, overseeing strategic growth, operational structure, and market positioning during a critical phase of scale and adoption.
Studio Above&Below. Chris provided business and strategic consultancy during the inception years of the London-based art and technology practice founded by Daria Jelonek and Perry-James Sugden following their graduation from the Royal College of Art. His involvement supported early positioning, strategic direction, and the development of a sustainable framework for growth.
Established in 2018, the practice combines mixed reality experiences, digital art, and data-driven systems to create large-scale public artworks. Their work uses advanced technologies and live data inputs to make invisible phenomena visible, enabling environments to express themselves through immersive and responsive installations.
